TESTIMONIALS

I really appreciate the way that Melissa related the discussion of leadership to actual lived contexts which were real and relevant to the participants. Some of the participants became quite emotional in thinking about ways in which the content related to their lives, and it was wonderful to see how people supported each other in unpacking and understanding concepts and their application in the small group discussions.

- D. DAVIS, PRINCIPAL

DOROTHY DAVIS CONSULTING

The concepts of adaptive and disruptive leadership were very useful, as were the discussions around different barriers to change. These discussions formed a lens for me to frame other discussions about change during the rest of the conference. I hope that going forward in my work, I will use these concepts to understand my own organisation, and the bigger picture of other changes in society.
